12a. Liability & Insurance Policy

Insurance Coverage: S.O. Aquariums, powered by So Captures LLC, maintains $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate general liability insurance coverage.
Scope of Coverage: This policy is designed to protect both the company and the client against accidental property damage or bodily injury directly caused during the course of service.
Limitations:
- Coverage does not extend to damages caused by client negligence, pre-existing tank/equipment issues, or structural failures inherent to the aquarium system.
- Coverage does not guarantee replacement of livestock (fish, corals, or plants), as living organisms are subject to natural risk factors outside our control.
Proof of Insurance: Clients may request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for their records at any time.
